Dafna was born in Israel in 1976 and moved with her family to the USA in 1979. She was a graduate of the San Francisco Culinary Academy and received a bachelor degree from The Art Institute of California in Culinary Management. She had a very successful career in Event Planning primarily in the Los Angles Area.
